SingNet Poor Service

It’s the beginning of a brand new year and things are already not going my way. The problem with me is that i socialize too much and people trust me. Of course being someone whom people trust might be a good thing but there are also a downside of it. When people trust you, they tend to tell you secrets and secrets are meant to be kept.

I never take sides and i’m always neutral. I listen to both sides and there’s nothing much i can do about it. I can’t change anything. When you believe that what you’re doing is right, even if it is wrong, it is still right for you no matter what people might say. For those who told me their secrets, it is rest assured it will never be revealed but please no more. Today, someone told me that im too nice and i smile a lot and that is not good. His advice is that i should be more firm and wipe that smile off my face. I am who i am and i doubt that i will change.

After a hard day at work, went to WestMall SingTel shop to enquire about my bills and terminate my MioTV. The queue was so long that it extended till outside of the outlet. As a customer, i was very dissapointed with the MioTV. It was given to use for free for 1 year, and recently i had a phone call from them saying that i will have to pay if i want to continue and even if i don’t i will still have to pay. Yes paying for absolutely nothing! The only way is to terminate the MioTV which my whole family doesn’t even use (even when it’s free). Okay so it took me 30mins standing in line before i finally get to talk to the staff there. They then told me that i had to bring the whole MioTV set down in order for them to terminate it. That is so wrong! When they signed me up for this free MioTV, they came over to my place and do the installation and no one told me it would be this much hassle if i were to terminate it. To everyone out there, nothing in life is FREE. This really taught me a lesson and never will i ever again fall for tricks like this in the future.
